Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds – Refunds are available for services purchased directly from Binary Anchor Systems within 14 days of the initial payment, provided that no work has been performed or deliverables provided.
  • Subscription Services – For monthly or annual subscription plans, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused portions are not provided unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
  • Project‑Based Services – For one‑time projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront. If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is non‑refundable. If work has commenced, no refund is available.
  • Non‑Refundable Items – Setup fees, custom development, and expedited service fees are non‑refundable once the work has begun.
  • How to Request a Refund – To request a refund, contact us via email or phone with your order details and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 5 business days.
  • Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.
  • Late or Missing Refunds – If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank. Finally, contact us for assistance.
  • Service Guarantee – We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to make it right. Refunds are not automatically granted for subjective dissatisfaction.
